Nanoscopic Mapping of the Extracellular Space in Amyloid Plaque‐rich Cortex
The extracellular space and diffusion around amyloid plaques are examined using shadow imaging and single‐particle tracking. Increased diffusivity is found near plaques, extracellular matrix alterations, and plaque core penetrability that varies with amyloid phenotype.

Activated neutrophils release extracellular traps (NETs) that promote tumor metastasis. FTP‐NPs are develpoed, a peptidic nanomaterial that binds NE on neutrophil membranes, forming NE‐fibril clusters that deactivate NE and prevent NETs formation. This strategy reduces metastasis and enhances the anti‐tumor immune response by targeting NE subcellular ...

Novel Genetic Findings in Stuve‐Wiedemann Syndrome: A Case Report and Review of Literature
ABSTRACT Stuve‐Wiedemann Syndrome (SWS) is a rare autosomal recessive condition, first reported in 1971 by Stuve and Wiedemann. It is associated with pathogenic or likely pathogenic homozygous or compound heterozygous variants in the Leukemia Inhibitory Factor Receptor (LIFR) gene.

TANs drive ICI resistance via antitumour immune remodelling, angiogenesis promotion, and elevation of tumour mutation burden Neutrophil biomarkers (e.g., NLR, TAN abundance) show strong predictive value for ICI response and prognosis. Targeting TAN recruitment, polarization, function and NETosis represents a promising strategy to overcome ICI ...
