Monobloc Differential Distraction Osteogenesis

Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, 2021
Abstract Midface advancement at the monobloc level can be the seminal life event for patients with craniofacial dysostosis. Monobloc reconstruction, when planned appropriately, can simultaneously and definitively address multiple functional and aesthetic deficiencies in these patients. The application of distraction has reduced

Counterclockwise Craniofacial Distraction Osteogenesis for Tracheostomy-Dependent Children with Treacher Collins Syndrome

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 2018
Background: The craniofacial rotation deformity in Treacher Collins syndrome results in airway compression that is not addressed by isolated mandibular distraction osteogenesis. Our purpose is to present a surgical technique—counterclockwise craniofacial
