Bu çalışmada saptanan ostrakod türleri, İskenderun Körfezi 'nden (Kuzey - Doğu Akdeniz) 22 - 26 Eylül 2002 tarihleri arasında 28 istasyondan toplanan materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan materyaller değerlendirilmiş ve ostrakod türleri tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışmaya göre 15 familya, 27 cinse ait 56 tür tanımlanmıştır.
