Where do overweight women in Ghana live? Answers from exploratory spatial data analysis
Contextual influence on health outcomes is increasingly becoming an important area of research. Analytical techniques such as spatial analysis help explain the variations and dynamics in health inequalities across different context and among different ...

An Analysis of the Status of Urban Development Indicators with a Spatial Justice Approach, Case Study: Ilam city [PDF]
by examining the level of inequality in the distribution of services and identifying the spatial pattern of injustice in the city, we can find out which of the services are in a more unfavorable situation than in this way, city management with conscious ...

A codesign multiobjective optimization framework was developed to enhance the morphology and controller of a snake‐like robot driven by artificial muscles. It improved planar locomotion, agility, and power efficiency. The approach optimized link geometry and controller gains, revealing that shorter muscles near joints and longer linkages maximize ...

Bell inequalities and entanglement at quantum phase transition in the XXZ Model
Entanglement and violation of Bell inequalities are aspects of quantum nonlocality that have been often confused in the past. It is now known that this equivalence is only true for pure states.

Stroke‐induced lactate accumulation promotes p300‐mediated lactylation of methyl‐CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) at lysine 210, which reprograms microglial metabolism toward glycolysis and activates the hexokinase 2 (HK2)/mTOR axis. This cascade promotes proinflammatory responses and impairs neurofunctional outcomes.

Bell-CHSH function approach to quantum phase transitions in matrix product systems
Recently, nonlocality and Bell inequalities have been used to investigate quantum phase transitions (QPTs) in low-dimensional quantum systems. Nonlocality can be detected by the Bell-CHSH function (BCF).

Single‐Target Pairing System (StarPair) for Large‐Scale Interrogation of Cell–Cell Interactions
This work presents a single‐target pairing system, StarPair, enabling cell–cell interaction studies by target combination in droplets. StarPair offers superior pairing efficiencies over 95% and operation frequencies of 105 pairs per 9.5 h for two‐target pairing, allowing large‐scale interrogation of immune cell‐cancer cell interactions and precise ...

Quantifying tolerance of a nonlocal multi-qudit state to any local noise
We present a general approach for quantifying tolerance of a nonlocal N-partite state to any local noise under different classes of quantum correlation scenarios with arbitrary numbers of settings and outcomes at each site.

Experimental Joint Estimation of Phase and Phase Diffusion Via Deterministic Bell Measurements
This work employs Bell measurement, a form of entangling measurement, to estimate both the phase and its fluctuations in an optical interferometer. By incorporating a novel quantum effect at the measurement stage, the proposed method achieves the ultimate precision limit and demonstrates the significant potential of entangling measurements in multi ...
