ABSTRACT Background Sarcopenia is associated with increased treatment toxicity and survival in head and neck squamous cell cancer (HNSCC). This study evaluates sarcopenia trajectories and their association with overall survival (OS) and disease‐free survival (DFS) in operable HNSCC.
