Osmanlı Devletinde toprak yönetimi diğer çağdaşı devletlerde olduğugibi oldukça önemliydi ve devlet gelirlerinin önemli bir kısmı toprak gelirlerinden eldeediliyordu. Toprak rejimi açısından vakıflar Osmanlıda oldukça tartışmalıdır.
