Satisfaction of Children in Out-of-Home Care
2018A randomly selected sample of 1,100 children in out-of-home care in Illinois from 1993 to 1996 were interviewed in person regarding their satisfaction with the homes in which they lived and with their caregivers. They were also asked whether they felt loved and safe, and rated the quality of their lives before and after placement into care.
