Outbreak of autochthonous West Nile virus infection in Lazio region, Italy, July to August 2025: preliminary investigation

A large‐scale, high‐resolution antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance in Hong Kong community sewage combining short‐ and long‐read sequencing.
