The microstructure of Cr‐rich Cr‐Si‐alloys is maintained by alloying with Ge, Pt, and Mo. The effects of these elements on A15‐phase fraction, partitioning, microstructural stability, grain size, and hardness are combinable. Molybdenum is found to be the most promising alloying element for microstructural stability during high‐temperature exposure.

Isomorphic Strategy Spaces in Game Theory [PDF]
This book summarizes ongoing research introducing probability space isomorphic mappings into the strategy spaces of game theory. This approach is motivated by discrepancies between probability theory and game theory when applied to the same strategic situation.

The Curse of Ties in Congestion Games with Limited Lookahead [PDF]
We introduce a novel framework to model limited lookahead in congestion games. Intuitively, the players enter the game sequentially and choose an optimal action under the assumption that the $k-1$ subsequent players play subgame-perfectly. Our model naturally interpolates between outcomes of greedy best-response ($k=1$) and subgame-perfect outcomes ($k=

Additive Security Games: Structure and Optimization [PDF]
In this work, we provide a structural characterization of the possible Nash equilibria in the well-studied class of security games with additive utility. Our analysis yields a classification of possible equilibria into seven types and we provide closed-form feasibility conditions for each type as well as closed-form expressions for the expected ...

Application of Game Theory to Neuronal Networks
The paper is a theoretical investigation into the potential application of game theoretic concepts to neural networks (natural and artificial). The paper relies on basic models but the findings are more general in nature and therefore should apply to ...
