Who will win the ozone game? On building and sustaining cooperation in the Montreal protocoll on substances that deplete the ozone layer [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper presents an analysis of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. It advances the view that the Developing World did not exploit its relatively strong bargaining position in negotiations over sidepayments and that the ...

Machine‐Learning‐Aided Advanced Electrochemical Biosensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochemical biosensors are highly sensitive, portable, and versatile. Advanced nanomaterials enhance their performance, while machine learning (ML) improves data analysis, minimizes interference, and optimizes sensor design. Despite progress in both fields, their combined potential in diagnostics remains underexplored.

The impact of a game-based approach to Bourdieu on learners training to teach in post-compulsory education at an English University [PDF]

open access: yes
The delivery of theory alongside practice in teacher education is inherently challenging and prone to failure, leaving trainees ill-prepared to problematise the social and cultural realities that shape their classrooms.

From Mechanoelectric Conversion to Tissue Regeneration: Translational Progress in Piezoelectric Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights recent progress in piezoelectric materials for regenerative medicine, emphasizing their ability to convert mechanical stimuli into bioelectric signals that promote tissue repair. Key discussions cover the intrinsic piezoelectric properties of biological tissues, co‐stimulation cellular mechanisms for tissue regeneration, and ...

Bargaining Structure, Fairness and Efficiency [PDF]

open access: yes
Experiments with the ultimatum game -- where one party can make a take-it-or-leave-it offer to a second party on how to split a pie -- illustrate that conventional game theory has been wrong in its predictions regarding the simplest of bargaining ...

A Highly Adaptable Hydrogen Bond Re‐Orientation (HyBRO) Strategy for Multiscale Vasculature Fabrication

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A novel hydrogen bond re‐orientation (HyBRO) strategy enables three‐dimensional (3D) printing of vascular microchannel networks with high accuracy. By switching sacrificial material interactions with nonsolvents, HyBRO prevents swelling and deformation, enabling accurate hierarchical channels spanning a tenfold size range.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE LEARNING ON SHOOTING LEARNING OUTCOMES IN FUTSAL GAMES

open access: yesGladi : Jurnal Ilmu Keolahragaan
Education is something that must be embedded in humans. One way to obtain education is through school. Schools are institutions that provide various types of education such as knowledge, character, morals and so on. Physical Education is one of the education to improve the quality of humans who have noble character, are intelligent and physically and ...

Evolution of non-expected utility preferences [PDF]

open access: yes
We investigate an extension of Dekel, Ely and Yilankaya's (2004) treatment of the evolution of preference to more general, possibly nonexpected utility preferences.

Protein‐Like Polymers Targeting Keap1/Nrf2 as Therapeutics for Myocardial Infarction

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We describe a Keap1 targeting protein‐like polymer (PLP) which activates Nrf2, an important cytoprotective transcription factor for relieving myocardial infarction‐induced oxidative stress. This PLP increases cell survival in vitro in multiple relevant cardiac cell types and elicits pro‐reparative responses, improving cardiac function in a preclinical ...
