Machine learning–guided engineering of a plectasin‐derived peptide yields DC05, a potent antimycobacterial candidate. Encapsulation into tuftsin‐functionalized mesoporous silica nanoparticles enhances intracellular delivery, stability, and activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis while maintaining low cytotoxicity and minimal hemolysis. The combined

ABSTRACT Magnetogenetic deep brain stimulation (MG‐DBS) represents a wireless neuromodulation that has demonstrated long‐lasting behavioral benefits in Parkinson's disease models. However, the circuit‐level mechanisms underlying these therapeutic effects have remained uncharacterized due to limitations of conventional neural interfaces.

There is ample evidence that chronic simple glaucoma has familial tendencies. 1 Investigations by Becker et al 2 and Miller and Paterson 3,4 demonstrated that close relatives and descendants of patients with simple glaucoma have increased values for P o , reduced values for C, and thus elevation of P o /C—all in significant amounts.
