Consensus With Output Saturations [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2017
This paper consider a standard consensus algorithm under output saturations. In the presence of output saturations, global consensus can not be realized due to the existence of stable, unachievable equilibrium points for the consensus. Therefore, this paper investigates necessary and sufficient initial conditions for the achievement of consensus, that ...

Efficiently computing the cyclic output-to-output gain

open access: yesSystems & Control Letters
The cyclic output-to-output gain is a security metric for control systems. Commonly, it is computed by solving a semi-definite program, which scales badly and inhibits its use for large-scale systems. We propose a method for computing the cyclic output-to-output gain using Hamiltonian matrices, similar to existing methods for the $H_\infty$-norm.

Output violation compensation for systems with output constraints [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2002
The problem of output constraints in linear systems is considered, and a new methodology which helps the closed loop respect these limits is described. The new methodology invokes ideas from the antiwindup literature in order to address the problem from a practical point of view.

Serological Benefit of SARS‐CoV‐2 Vaccination Relative to Infection in Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) are at risk of severe outcomes from SARS‐CoV‐2 (SCV2). In the post‐pandemic context, where most children have been infected with SCV2, there are limited data on whether vaccination remains beneficial in children with ALL.

Deep Sequencing of FLT3‐ITD Enables Response Evaluation and Post‐Treatment Monitoring in Childhood AML: An Exploratory Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background An internal tandem duplication in the gene encoding Fms‐like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3‐ITD) is associated with high relapse risk and poor prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and plays a crucial role in treatment decisions. Measurable residual disease (MRD) analysis of FLT3‐ITD during and after treatment has shown prognostic ...
