The current-output fluxgate may be tuned by using a serial capacitor. Such tuning increases the sensor sensitivity in the situation when the pick-up coil has a low number of turns. We achieved a signal/feedthrough ratio improvement by a factor of 5. The measured parameters fit the simplified theoretical model within 20% deviation.

A high output impedance current source
Physiological Measurement, 1994A high output impedance current source was required for electrical impedance tomography (EIT) applications capable of operating up to 200 kHz. The architecture is based on operational-amplifier power-supply current sensing and produces a predominantly capacitive output impedance, which for the design presented is approximately 1.2 pF.

CMOS High-CMRR Current Output Stages
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2007Two CMOS current output stages are presented. Compared to the traditional solution, which exhibits unbalanced operation, the proposed ones exploit an auxiliary high-gain feedback loop which provides differential drive, thereby highly improving the common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR).

A new current-controlled multiple-output current-conveyor

It has current-transfer ratios that can be varied by control currents. It is characterized by approximately constant bandwidth over a wide range of current-transfer ratios.
