Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

MEASURING CIRCUIT FOR CONVERSION PARAMETERS OF THE MIS-STRUCTURE

open access: yesИзмерение, мониторинг, управление, контроль
Background. The information value of the process of measuring the parameters of the MIS-structure is determined to the maximum extent by the configuration of the measuring circuit, which converts the parameters of the MISstructure as a passive object ...

Consensus control of multiple electric springs considering non-critical load electricity fairness in islanded microgrid

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems
Due to the uncertainty of renewable energy source (RES) generation, the islanded microgrid with RESs is prone to voltage and frequency fluctuations. The electric spring (ES) is an effective means to mitigate these fluctuations.

Low-output-impedance CMOS voltage buffer

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1992
A CMOS voltage buffer having a low output impedance and therefore suitable for driving heavy off-chip loads is presented. The low output impedance is achieved by the use of a compensation technique resulting in a wide frequency range.

Inverter ratio failure detector [PDF]

open access: yes, 1974
A failure detector which detects the failure of a dc to ac inverter is disclosed. The inverter under failureless conditions is characterized by a known linear relationship of its input and output voltages and by a known linear relationship of its input ...

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
