Voltage control BRM pattern output
Proceedings of IEEE. IEEE Region 10 Conference. TENCON 99. 'Multimedia Technology for Asia-Pacific Information Infrastructure' (Cat. No.99CH37030), 2003The VCO circuit design with binary rate multipliers (BRM) output is presented. Starting from analyzing spectrum value and percentage of BRM power, the repeated power is rejected, and only one BBR signal is selected to construct BRM by linear combination.

Voltage multiplier with output stabilization
38th Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Proceedings, 2002In this paper we present a charge-pump voltage multiplier with output regulation. Using this scheme we designed two voltage sources suitable for generating the high voltages required to program a flash memory using a single 5 V power supply. The first circuit can drive the selected memory word-line with the required voltage (10.5 V). The second circuit

Relaxation oscillator output voltage linearity
International Symposium on Signals, Circuits and Systems, 2005. ISSCS 2005., 2006This paper analyses the output voltage nonlinearity of current switching relaxation oscillator. An analytical model - taking into account the current sources finite output resistance - is developed, in order: (1) to get more precise design equation for transistor length; and (2) to evaluate the oscillation amplitude influence on the oscillation ...

Negative-output resonant voltage divider
2011 IEEE Ninth International Conference on Power Electronics and Drive Systems, 2011In this paper, a negative resonant voltage divider (NRVD) is presented with the fixed switching frequency all over the load range. The proposed resonant voltage divider without any control loop embedded can achieve good efficiency from the light load to the rated load, especially for the light load.

A high voltage split source voltage multiplier with increased output voltage
2015 IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC), 2015Building on the Half-Wave Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier, a topology is proposed that consists of several voltage multiplying sections fed separately at their inputs and whose output voltages are summated across the load. The proposed topology can attain over m times higher voltage gain (m being the splitting level).

A high switching frequency voltage-mode buck converter with fast voltage-tracking speed and wide output voltage range has been proposed. A novel error amplifier (EA) is presented to achieve a high DC gain and get high phase margin, including a resistor and capacitor net, a unit gain block and a high gain block.

Adjustable Output CMOS Voltage Reference Design
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2020In this brief, a CMOS voltage reference based on mutual temperature compensation using NMOS transistors of the same threshold type is advanced. The technique consists in subtracting two voltages that present similar complementary-to-absolute-temperature (CTAT) behavior, which are appropriately generated from the same threshold-type NMOS transistors ...

Low output voltage DC/DC conversion
Proceedings of IECON'94 - 20th Annual Conference of IEEE Industrial Electronics, 2002The high power densities required by small DC/DC On Board Converters (OBC) in Distributed Power Systems (DPS) combined with the low output voltage (3.3 V) required by the load, complicates the design of these kind of converters. In this paper, a survey of the main solutions to reduce losses and size of low output voltage OBCs is carried out. The survey

A novel dual output boost converter with output voltage balancing
2016 IEEE 8th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (IPEMC-ECCE Asia), 2016This paper proposes a novel dual output boost converter with output voltage balancing capability. The proposed converter can achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) without additional components or complex techniques. It has low switch current stress when compared to the conventional counterpart converter.

Flyback Converter Output Voltage Stabilization
IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, 1987The expression of the flyback converter output voltage (output power) is derived as a function of the supply voltage, load resistance, transformer ratios, transistor current gain, and base-circuit resistor value. Switching period and duty cycle are also calculated. A converter circuit is designed having stabilized output voltage, with respect to supply
