This study uses advanced microscopy techniques, including transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cryogenic SEM, and live‐cell fluorescence imaging, to investigate lipid cubosome interactions with mammalian cells. It provides the first direct nanoscale evidence of cubosome membrane fusion with plasma and endosomal ...

Cellular Responses to Nanoscale Topography Mediated Through the RhoA/ROCK Pathway
The most common ways that cells respond to nanoscale patterns include cytoskeletal reorganization, reduction in focal adhesion density, and increased endocytosis. Here RhoA is identified as a single biological pathway that can unify cellular responses to nanotopography.

A. Synthetic biology and biomaterials have emerged as tools to study and facilitate the treatment of solid tumors wi‐th chimeric antigen receptor‐CAR‐T cells. These strategies aim to resist the tumor microenvironment‐TME that presents cellular, biochemical, and mechanical immunosuppressive signals that hinder CAR‐T efficacy. B.
