Type-2 Fuzzy C-Means-Based Clustering-Decomposed Coordination of Directional Overcurrent Relays

open access: yesEnergies
Optimal coordination of directional overcurrent relays (DOCRs) in medium-to-large power systems constitutes a computationally demanding, mixed-integer, nonlinear optimisation problem whose complexity escalates rapidly with system size, making the ...

Koordinasi Relay Arus Lebih Berarah Pada Jaringan Transmisi Tenaga Listrik Lampung Dengan Pemrograman Linier [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Coordination of directional over current relay in the large power system with a lot of generation bus and load bus is difficult to get the result, thus a method is needed to solve the problem.

Application of evolutionary algorithms for optimal directional overcurrent relay coordination

open access: yes, 2014
Includes bibliographical references.Relay coordination is necessary to ensure that while protection relays operate as fast as possible, they are also able to isolate only the faulted parts of the system from the network, ensuring that a power system ...

OVERCURRENT RELAY COORDINATION IN DISTRIBUTED GENERATION WITH FAULT CURRENT LIMITER

open access: yes, 2017
The distribution network has many advantages when it is connected to distributed generation (DG). Some problems in coordination of protection devices will occur in the presence of DG, due to change in short circuit level at different points.

Coding for Wireless Broadcast and Network Secrecy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
In the first part of this thesis, we exploit wireless broadcast across different layers in wireless networks. The wireless channel is distinguished by its broadcast nature.

Janus‐Type Electrostatic Potential Gradient‐Activated Dynamic Zn2+‐Coordinating Nitrogen Sites in Molecularly Locked Nanocellulose Separators for Stable Zinc‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional benzimidazole‐terminated CNF separator is constructed via a PEI‐mediated covalent locking strategy, generating dense zincophilic sites that accelerate Zn2+ transport and desolvation while enabling uniform Zn (002) deposition and suppressing side reactions.

Enhanced real time coordination of distance and user defined over current relays

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, 2018
Abstract Faults on the transmission lines are primarily cleared by pilot wire differential protection as well as from zone-1 and zone-2 of distance relays, depending upon their location on the lines. If the main distance relays fails to operate, then standard time inverse directional over current (DOCR) relays are set as backup protection in ...

Paternal Caffeine Exposure Programs Offspring Stress Vulnerability via Sperm Dlk1‐Dio3 Imprinting‐Directed Remodeling of a Novel Neural Circuit

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study elucidates that paternal preconception stress can drive offspring hyperresponsivity of the stress system via hypomethylation of a specific DNA region in sperm. This key link is confirmed in a cohort of prospective fathers: the epigenetic alteration is associated with elevated stress hormone levels.
