A Method to Optimize the Overall Equipment Effectiveness
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2010 Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a relatively new concept implemented in Romanian enterprises. This paper presents a method to optimize the most important indicator of the TPM concept: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). A real case study of implementing the proposed method is presented at the end of the paper.
