Real-Time Multi-Sensor Joint Fault Diagnosis Method for Permanent Magnet Traction Drive Systems Based on Structural Analysis [PDF]

open access: yesSensors
Sensor faults are one of the most common faults that cause performance degradation or functional loss in permanent magnet traction drive systems (PMTDSs).

Dynamics of Evolutionary Differential Equations with Several Spatial Variables

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
The article is devoted to a method for constructing exact and approximate solutions of evolutionary partial differential equations with several spatial variables. The method is based on the theory of completely integrable distributions.

PROLONGATIONS OF GEOMETRIC OVERDETERMINED SYSTEMS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics, 2006
We show that a wide class of geometrically defined overdetermined semilinear partial differential equations may be explicitly prolonged to obtain closed systems. As a consequence, in the case of linear equations we extract sharp bounds on the dimension of the solution space.

Low-complexity sparse-aware multiuser detection for large-scale MIMO systems

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, 2021
Sparse-aware (SA) detectors have attracted a lot attention due to its significant performance and low-complexity, in particular for large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems.

Parallel Algorithm for Solving Overdetermined Systems of Linear Equations, Taking into Account Round-Off Errors

open access: yesAlgorithms, 2023
The paper proposes a parallel algorithm for solving large overdetermined systems of linear algebraic equations with a dense matrix. This algorithm is based on the use of a modification of the conjugate gradient method, which is able to take into account ...

Greedy Sensor Selection for Weighted Linear Least Squares Estimation Under Correlated Noise

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Optimization of sensor selection has been studied to monitor complex and large-scale systems with data-driven linear reduced-order modeling. An algorithm for greedy sensor selection is presented under the assumption of correlated noise in the sensor ...

Newton’s method for overdetermined systems of equations [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics of Computation, 1999
Complexity theoretic aspects of continuation methods for the solution of square or underdetermined systems of polynomial equations have been studied by various authors. In this paper we consider overdetermined systems where there are more equations than unknowns. We study Newton’s method for such a system.

Explicit solutions of some equations and systems of mathematical physics

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2020
This paper deals at first with a fully integrable evolution system of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) which is a generalization of the classical Heisenberg ferromagnet equation.
