The use of natural teeth in overlay dentures
The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, 1975A method has been described for the construction of tooth-supported dentures where the natural tooth was utilized and the acrylic resin for the denture base processed directly to the prepared cast. Based on the 112 dentures that were made, this technique is economical, provides support and stabilization, and has full patient acceptance.
