Paleotsunami Inundation of a Beach Ridge Plain: Cobble Ridge Overtopping and Interridge Valley Flooding in Seaside, Oregon, USA [PDF]
The Seaside beach ridge plain was inundated by six paleotsunamis during the last ∼2500 years. Large runups (adjusted \u3e10m in height) overtopped seawardmost cobble beach ridges (7m elevation) at ∼1.3 and ∼2.6 ka before present.

Experimental study on multi-level overtopping wave energy convertor under regular wave conditions
A multi-level overtopping wave energy converter was designed according to the large tidal range and small wave heights in China. It consists of two reservoirs with sloping walls at different levels.

Expected Discharge of Irregular Wave Overtopping
An experiment was carried out on the overtopping of mechanically generated irregular waves over vertical walls. The experimental discharge was almost in agreement with the expected discharge which had been calculated with the wave height histogram and the data of regular wave overtopping based on the principle of linear summation.

Wave Overtopping on Rubble Mound Breakwaters
The paper gives the results of an extensive series of hydraulic model tests carried out in a random wave flume, in order to study the effects on wave overtopping of the main geometric parameters of a typical rubble mound breakwater with crown wall.

Overtopping of Berm Breakwaters Extension of Overtopping Formula
In this paper is presented an improved version of the overtopping formula by Lykke Andersen & Burcharth (2004)valid for berm breakwaters with initial slopes of 1:1.25. In the present paper guidelines is given on how to modify the formula to take into account the initial slope angle.
