ABSTRACT In 2019, the Dadan Archaeological Project (CNRS/RCU/AFALULA) identified a Late Antique village 1 km south of ancient Dadan in the al‐ʿUlā valley (northwest Saudi Arabia). Three excavation seasons at this site (2021–2023) have uncovered a massive building constructed in the late third or early fourth cent.

New Results From the Pre‐Pottery Neolithic Site of Al Uyaynah, Tabuk, in Northwestern Saudi Arabia
ABSTRACT Al Uyaynah is a low sandstone mound on an alluvial plain, long known for its extensive surface remains of stone‐built circular and rectangular structures. Following test excavations in 2012, more detailed excavation was undertaken in 2016 within one of the largest rectangular stone structures.

This study is done on 200 sheep and 200 goats before slaughtering in Tabriz industrial abattoir. In the middle month of each season, blood samples were achieved from jugular vein, of 50 sheep and 50 goats.

Assessing Spatiotemporal Side Effects of Diversionary Feeding on Mesopredators
We tested whether diversionary feeding alters the space use, aggregation, or activity patterns of mesopredators using a treatment‐control design with camera traps. Although both species frequently used feeding stations, diversionary feeding did not significantly affect their spatial distribution, aggregation, or temporal behaviour.

Scanning and Transmission Electron Microscopic Observations of Eperythrozoon ovis (E. ovis)
Eperythrozoon ovis 人工感染緬羊の血液と骨髄液の電顕学的観察により, 本虫体は大きさ 0.2-0.6μm の桿状およびリング状の寄生体で単層の限界膜を有し, 内部にリボゾームに類似した顆粒を密に含有することを知った. また, 虫体の周辺部には糸状構造物を持ち,それを介して付着する像を認めた. 骨髄液の検索により, E. ovis は骨髄で増殖して赤芽球の時期からすでに寄生することが確認された.

Human Disturbance but Not Predation Risk Is Associated With Increased Vigilance in Roe Deer
Roe deer vigilance is lower in natural than in modified habitats, decreases with group size, but is not significantly influenced by stable wolf presence, suggesting habitat‐driven risk perception and reliance on spatial avoidance over increased alertness.

Abstract High Andean grasslands are vulnerable to changes in their nutritional quality and carbon sequestration capacity, especially in grazing systems. This study evaluated soil quality and native grasses by measuring carbon, physicochemical parameters, and the nutritional quality of predominant species in the wet Puna of Junín, Peru.
