Structures Congress 2005, 2005This paper will explore the critical issues important to an Owner in the Owner/Consultant relationship, and how differing prioritization of issues between an Owner and a Consultant can make for a strained relationship. Methods will be examined to help a consultant mitigate the differing issues dilemma.
