Effect of Water Chemistry on Zeta Potential of Air Bubbles
Effects of various factors on zeta potential of air bubbles in aqueous solution were studied. It was found that the water pH, surfactants types and concentration, and water temperature had significant roles on the zeta potential of air bubbles.

A transformative route to nanoporous manganese oxides of controlled oxidation states with identical textural properties [PDF]
Nanoporous nanocrystalline metal oxides with tunable oxidation states are crucial for controlling their catalytic, electronic, and optical properties. However, previous approaches to modulate oxidation states in nanoporous metal oxides commonly lead to ...

Catastrophic disassembly of actin filaments via Mical-mediated oxidation. [PDF]
Actin filament assembly and disassembly are vital for cell functions. MICAL Redox enzymes are important post-translational effectors of actin that stereo-specifically oxidize actin's M44 and M47 residues to induce cellular F-actin disassembly.

Accessing the + IV Oxidation State in Molecular Complexes of Praseodymium.
Out of the 14 lanthanide (Ln) ions, molecular com-plexes of Ln(IV) were known only for cerium and more recently terbium. Here we demonstrate that the +(IV) oxidation state is also accessible for the large praseodymium (Pr) cation.

The charge percolation mechanism and simulation of Ziegler–Natta polymerizations Part III. Oxidation states of transition metals [PDF]
The oxidation state of the transition metal (Mt) active centre is the most disputable question in the polymerization of olefins by Ziegler–Natta (ZN) and metallocene complexes.
