An antibody to oxytocin

American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1967
Abstract An antibody to oxytocin has been developed. It has been shown to be specific, and a reproducible immunologic method of quantitation has been illustrated. The biologic activity of this small hormone appears to have been inhibited by antibody, and localization of this octapeptide in tissue has been demonstrated by immunofluorescence.
