Trends in aerosol abundances and distributions [PDF]
The properties of aerosols that reside in the upper atmosphere are described. Special emphasis is given to the influence these aerosols have on ozone observation systems, mainly through radiative effects, and on ambient ozone concentrations, mainly ...

Iodine incorporation into the CdS buffer layer induces spontaneous anion diffusion and selectively passivates selenium vacancies in Sb2Se3 absorbers. The formation of low‐energy, charge‐neutral ISe defects effectively suppresses non‐radiative recombination, resulting in a substantially enhanced open‐circuit voltage and boosting the device efficiency to

Observations of, and sources of the spatial and temporal variability of ozone in the middle atmosphere on climatological time scales (OZMAP) and equatorial dynamics: Seasonal variations of ozone trends [PDF]
The long term trends (least square linear regression with time) of ozone content at seven European, seven North American, three Japanese and two tropical stations during 21 years (1964 to 1984) are analyzed.

Episode of unusual high solar ultraviolet radiation over central Europe due to dynamical reduced total ozone in May 2005 [PDF]
In late May 2005 unusual high levels of solar ultraviolet radiation were observed over central Europe. In Northern Germany the measured irradiance of erythemally effective radiation exceeded the climatological mean by more than about 20%.

Operando real‐time current density–voltage absorption spectroscopy visualizes spatial phase evolution in mixed‐halide perovskites from device to module scale. Phase instability preferentially initiates in regions with insufficient carrier extraction, revealing electrical boundary conditions as governing factors.

Marcasite at the Permian‐Triassic Transition
Exploring the links between Large Igneous Provinces and dramatic environmental impact
An emerging consensus suggests that Large Igneous Provinces (LIPs) and Silicic LIPs (SLIPs) are a significant driver of dramatic global environmental and biological changes, including mass extinctions.

Surface engineering of gate dielectrics with fluorinated self–assembled monolayers significantly improves the performance of organic field–effect transistors. In this study, Al2O3 functionalized with fluorinated phosphonic acids reduces contact resistance and hysteresis while achieving near‐zero threshold voltages, offering an alternative to ...

An experimentally validated optoelectronic device model is presented to describe the efficiency and roll‐off behavior of single‐layer TADF OLEDs. By coupling charge transport, exciton dynamics, and optical outcoupling, the model reproduces the External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) across different emission layer thicknesses and temperatures, offering ...
