Giant‐Domain Perovskite Films via Reduced‐Temperature Meniscus‐Guided Coating: Fluid‐Dynamic Control of Supersaturation

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 6, 29 March 2026.
Fluid‐dynamic control of supersaturation is unlocked to resolve the trade‐off between film continuity and crystal growth in perovskite bar‐coating. By utilizing a thermally driven circulation loop that suppresses excessive evaporation, we realize giant‐domain films at reduced temperatures.

Dip Coating of Passivation Layers for FA‐Cs‐Based Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 6, 29 March 2026.
A scalable dip‐coating strategy is developed for passivation layer deposition in methylammonium‐free perovskite solar cells. Through solvent engineering, using 2‐butanol as an orthogonal solvent for DATsO enables more effective passivation, uniform coating on substrates of different sizes, and minimal disruption to the underlying perovskite.

Unveiling the Hidden Warming Layer: Metre‐scale Clear‐Sky Radiative Effects at Stratocumulus Cloud Top

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres, Volume 131, Issue 6, 28 March 2026.
Abstract We identify a previously unresolved layer, which we term as the “W‐Layer”, warming at about 2K hr−1 directly above the stratocumulus cloud top using the line‐by‐line radiative transfer model ARTS. The W‐Layer, being only about 5 m thick, poses observational and simulational challenges.

Rh‐Catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] Cycloaddition of Linked Bis(Diynes) Ar‐C≡C‐C≡C‐(CH2)3‐C≡C‐C≡C‐Ar With Quinones: Synthesis and Photophysical Properties of Bis(Arylethynyl)‐Naphthoquinones and Anthraquinones

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 11, 16 March 2026.
We report the synthesis bis(arylethynyl)naphtho‐ and anthraquinones via Rh(I)‐catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition reactions. The substrate scope of both quinones and linked bis‐diynes was explored. Microwave irradiation remarkably enhanced yields.
