Transient Charging of Mixed Ionic‐Electronic Conductors by Anomalous Diffusion
This article explores charge transport in mixed ionic‐electronic conductors (MIECs) through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and transient current analysis. Focusing on PEDOT:PSS, WO3, and n‐doped PBDF, it uncovers the impact of anomalous diffusion via fractional modeling. The study reveals key correlations that deepen understanding and guide the

Electret‐style organic thin‐film transistors are evaluated for synchrotron X‐ray dosimetry at ultra‐high dose rates, showing promising performance and agreement with standard detectors. XPS and NEXAFS reveal radiation‐induced oxidation and Fermi level shifts in pentacene and polystyrene, correlating with reduced charge carrier mobility and providing ...

Climate-Ozone Connections [PDF]
Climate change will affect the evolution of the ozone layer through changes in transport, chemical composition, and temperature. In turn, changes to the ozone layer will affect climate through radiative processes, and consequential changes in ...

Super‐steep subthreshold swing (SS) below 60 mV dec−1 is demonstrated in graphene/IGZO cold source transistor arrays. Linear density of states with Dirac cone in graphene suppressed the Boltzmann thermal tail, while high‐k HfO2 dielectric having small body factor enhanced gating efficiency, hereby further reducing SS. An average SS of ≈46.4 mV dec−1 is

Ozone depletion and chlorine loading potentials [PDF]
The recognition of the roles of chlorine and bromine compounds in ozone depletion has led to the regulation or their source gases. Some source gases are expected to be more damaging to the ozone layer than others, so that scientific guidance regarding ...

The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.
