Oxygen-ozone therapy (OOT) represents a multi-target intervention that engages redox modulation, endothelial repair, nitric oxide bioavailability, and immune reprogramming. In contrast, intravenous glutathione (IV-GSH) provides only transient antioxidant support without activating upstream adaptive pathways.
