Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Perspectives in educating molecular pathologists on liquid biopsy: Toward integrative, equitable, and decentralized precision oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Liquid biopsy enables minimally invasive, real‐time molecular profiling through analysis of circulating biomarkers in biological fluids. This Perspective highlights the importance of training pathologists through integrative educational programs, such as the European Masters in Molecular Pathology, to ensure effective and equitable implementation of ...

31P double-quantum solid-state NMR study of phosphoroorganic compounds with (O)P–O–P-(O), (S)P–O–P(S) and (S)P–S–P(O) unit

Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, 2006
In this work we have tested applicability of the commonly used double quantum recoupling sequence POST-C7 to study of (31)P-(31)P geometrical constraints for phosphoroorganic model compounds with different chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) and distinct molecular dynamics in the crystal lattice.

Selective Conversion of P=O‐Bridged Rhodamines into P=O‐Rhodols: Solvatochromic Near‐Infrared Fluorophores

Chemistry – A European Journal, 2017
AbstractThe substitution of an oxygen atom in rhodols with a phosphine oxide (P=O) moiety affords P=O‐bridged rhodols as a new type of near‐infrared (NIR) fluorophore. This compound class can be readily accessed upon exposure of the corresponding rhodamines to aqueous basic conditions.

Mechanochemical Electrophilic Mono- or Disulfur Transfer: Construction of P(O)–S or P(O)–S–S Bonds

Organic Letters, 2022
Under mechanochemically induced conditions, a wide range of diarylphosphine oxides or H-phosphonates react with trisulfide dioxides to afford various thiophosphate derivatives in good yields. Selective S-S bond cleavage of trisulfide dioxides determined by connecting groups is proposed as the key step in the construction of P(O)-S or P(O)-S-S bonds ...

Metallaphotoredox-Enabled Construction of the P(O)–N Bond from Aromatic Amines and P(O)–H Compounds

Organic Letters, 2022
We have developed a dual copper/photoredox-catalyzed approach for the construction of the P(O)-N bond from commercially available aromatic amines and P(O)-H compounds. This metallaphotoredox method avoids toxic or corrosive reagents and does not require prefunctionalized substrates.

Tf2O-Mediated P(O)–N Bond Formation of Either P(O)–OH or P(O)–H Reagents with Multitype Amines

The Journal of Organic Chemistry
We have developed a Tf2O-mediated approach for the direct amination of either P(O)-OH or P(O)-H reagents with a variety of aliphatic or aromatic amines. Without the requirement of precious metals and toxic reagents, this protocol provides an alternative route to various phosphinamides and phosphoramides.

Double phosphates NaMn???(P???O??????)(P???O???)??? and KMn???(P???O??????)(P???O???)??? - advanced functional materials

2019
Complex phosphates containing two different ions have been identified in the fluxes of M???O-P???O???-Mn???O??? systems (where M - Na, K) for the first time. Optimum conditions for the growing of single crystals of NaMn???(P???O??????)(P???O???)??? and KMn???(P???O??????)(P???O???)??? compounds have been selected.

Oxidation of p/o-Cresols to p/o-Hydroxybenzaldehydes Catalyzed by Metalloporphyrins with Molecular Oxygen

Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering, 2012
Abstract The two novel green oxidation processes of p/o-cresols to p/o-hydroxybenzaldehydes catalyzed by metalloporphyrins in the presence of molecular oxygen were developed in this work. Among the metalloporphyrins with different central ions and substituents studied, T(p-NO2)PPCoCl and T(p-OCH3)PPFeCl presented the highest activities for p-cresol ...
