Analyzing Electronic Excitations and Exciton Binding Energies in Y6 Films
The Y6 molecule is used for increasing the efficiency of organic solar cells. The exciton binding energy is calculated for ensembles of Y6 molecules that are representative of the typically used films. The calculations show that the excitons typically spread out over many molecules.

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

This work explores Li‐substituted P2 layered oxides for Na‐ion batteries by crystallographic and electrochemical studies. The effect of lithium on superstructure orderings, on phase transitions during synthesis and electrochemical cycling and on the interplay of O‐ versus TM‐redox is revealed via various advanced techniques, including semi‐simultaneous

$L^{p}$-convergence of Kantorovich-type Max-Min Neural Network Operators
In this work, we study the Kantorovich variant of max-min neural network operators, in which the operator kernel is defined in terms of sigmoidal functions. Our main aim is to demonstrate the $L^{p}$-convergence of these nonlinear operators for $1\leq p<\infty$, which makes it possible to obtain approximation results for functions that are not ...

SURGERY OF STRABISMUS IN THE ORTHOPTIC PLEOPTIC SECTION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF OPHTALMOLOGY
Background. Since 1996 there have been 446 patients (107 adults) operated for strabismus. This retrospective study (retrospection) indicated that out of those 107 adults 22 of them suffer from convergent concomitant strabismus, 29 from convergent ...

Coating the standard polypropylene separator with a porous red phosphorous nanosheet greatly improves cycling performance in Li electrode cells. The phosphorus‐based surface chemistry deactivates electrolyte solvent decomposition and enhances the cleavage of F‐containing salt, resulting in an inorganic‐dominated electrolyte interphase (SEI) composition
