p-Convex Functions in Discrete Sets [PDF]
We study the new concept of a p-convex function and A-p-convex sets for somenbsp set A of a vector spacenbsp E. These concepts may have applications in convex and non linear analysis and other topics of mathematical ...

Data‐Driven Distributed Safe Control Design for Multi‐Agent Systems
This paper presents a data‐driven control barrier function (CBF) technique for ensuring safe control of multi‐agent systems (MASs) with uncertain linear dynamics. A data‐driven quadratic programming (QP) optimization is first developed for CBF‐based safe control of single‐agent systems using a nonlinear controller. This approach is then extended to the

Some New Inequalities for p‐Convex Functions via a K‐Fractional Conformable Integral
The intention of this paper is to develop some new Hermite–Jensen–Mercer type inequalities for p−convex functions via k−fractional conformable integrals. Several existing results are also discussed which can be deduced from our results.

Multiportfolio time consistency for set-valued convex and coherent risk measures
Equivalent characterizations of multiportfolio time consistency are deduced for closed convex and coherent set-valued risk measures on $L^p(\Omega,\mathcal F, P; R^d)$ with image space in the power set of $L^p(\Omega,\mathcal F_t,P;R^d)$.

The unrolling of the peltate leaves in Syngonium podophyllum is analyzed and quantified (left‐hand side to center). These measurements serve to verify a mathematical model for leaf unrolling based on the model used in Schmidt (2007). An additional formula for obtaining a layer mismatch from a prescribed radius is derived.

The present article addresses the concept of p-convex functions on fractal sets. We are able to prove a novel auxiliary result. In the application aspect, the fidelity of the local fractional is used to establish the generalization of Simpson-type ...

Cauchy type means for some generalized convex functions
In this paper, we establish Jensen’s inequality for s-convex functions in the first sense. By using Jensen’s inequalities, we obtain some Cauchy type means for p-convex and s-convex functions in the first sense.

Delta-semidefinite and delta-convex quadratic forms in Banach spaces
A continuous quadratic form ("quadratic form", in short) on a Banach space $X$ is: (a) delta-semidefinite (i.e., representable as a difference of two nonnegative quadratic forms) if and only if the corresponding symmetric linear operator $T\colon X\to X^*

Generalizations of p-valent functions via the hadamard product
The classes of univalent prestarlike functions Rα, α≥−1, of Ruscheweyh [1] and a certain generalization of Rα were studied recently by Al-Amiri [2]. The author studies, among other things, the classes of p-valent functions R(α+p−1) where p is a positive ...
