ABSTRACT Silicon carbide (SiC) is an ultra‐hard ceramic material and is intrinsically difficult to sinter. Pressureless solid‐state sintering (PS) typically requires high temperatures exceeding 2200°C and a prolonged heating cycle, whereas liquid‐phase sintering lowers the processing temperature at the expense of high‐temperature mechanical performance.

Bifacial (Ag,Cu)(In,Ga)Se2 Mini‐Modules With Transparent ITiO Back Contacts: Performance Analysis and Effects of RbF Treatment

Bifacial ACIGS mini‐module prototypes with In2O3:Ti back contacts are fabricated and analyzed. Efficiencies of 13.5% and 10.3% are achieved under front and rear illumination, respectively. High bifaciality factors of up to 76% are enabled by the excellent transparency and conductivity of the thermally stable In2O3:Ti film.

Platelet larger cell ratio (P-LCR) in patients with dyslipidemia

We have described preliminary results of platelet larger cell ratio (P-LCR) analysis, provided by an automated hematology analyzer in patients with hypercholesterolemia and/or hypertriglyceremia. P-LCR values were significantly higher in patients (n = 41) than in control normal group (n = 20) (P < 0.0001).
