Improved Molybdenum Dioxide Atomic Layer Deposition Process by Introducing Pre‐Reduction Agent
This study investigates MoO2 thin films deposited by ALD as electrode materials for next‐generation DRAM capacitors. A pre‐reduction step using ethanol is introduced to control the oxidation state of MoOx and to suppress surface morphology degradation.

Clinical significance of platelet related parameters in early diabetic nephropathic patients
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the changes in mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet-large cell ratio(P-LCR),platelet distribution width(PDW),neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and monocyte-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)

Recycled Piezoelectric Materials with Competitive Second‐Life Functional Properties
The essential piezoelectric ceramics with heavy ecological footprints are not sufficiently recycled. This work demonstrates the feasibility of recycling different types of piezoelectric ceramics using different binders, where the terpolymer binder with relatively large permittivity facilitated superior retention of properties after recycling, promoting

Large Field‐Like Orbital Torque in FeNi/Cr Heterostructures
Orbital torque enables field‐free magnetization switching in spintronics. FeNi/Cr heterostructures exhibit a large field‐like orbital torque. This torque originates from a tilted orbital current polarization within the Cr layer, producing a significant z‐component.

NAT‐GS was significantly more effective only in patients with one tumor marker above the reference range, comparing those who achieved 12‐month MRFS with those who did not. ABSTRACT Aim Pancreatic cancer (PC) remains one of the most lethal malignancies, with early recurrence severely affecting prognosis even after curative resection.

We discovered novel materials with giant dielectric constants by combining first‐principles phonon calculations and machine learning. Screening 525 perovskites identified six candidates. RbNbO3 was synthesized under pressure and showed ε ≈ 800–1000. This validates our framework as a powerful tool for high‐performance dielectric materials discovery.

Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...

Proactive Robotic Grasp Stability via Tactile Safety Margin Feedback
We introduce the tactile safety margin (TSM), defined as the ratio between applied friction force (Ffric) and maximum friction (Fmax) derived from grip force. A bilayer E‐skin with decoupled temperature, strain, and pressure sensing enables real‐time grasp stability monitoring through measured TSM values, allowing robots to proactively adjust grip ...
