BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Efficient Computation of a Canonical Form for a Generalized P-matrix
We use recent results on algorithms for Markov decision problems to show that a canonical form for a generalized P-matrix can be computed, in some important cases, by a strongly polynomial algorithm.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

On the connectedness of numerical range of matrix polynomials
An investigation on nonconnectedness of numerical range for monic matrix polynomials L(λ) is undertaking here. The distribution of eigenvalues of L(λ) to the components of numerical range and some other algebraic properties are also ...

Changes in Spo0A~P pulsing frequency control biofilm matrix deactivation.
Under starvation conditions, B. subtilis survives by differentiating into one of two cell types: biofilm matrix-producing cells or sporulating cells. These two cell-differentiation pathways are activated by the same phosphorylated transcription factor ...

Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP9) drives ovarian cancer progression. Using MMP9‐null cells (M9‐KO) created from ovarian cancer cells, we found MMP9 loss did not block Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)‐driven E‐cadherin dissolution or EMT but delayed and reduced EGF‐driven membrane protrusions. Transient MMP9 re‐expression drove membrane protrusion.

A new kind of $A_{\p}$-matrix for mixed graphs
Nikiforov\cite{nikiforov2017merging} introduced the concept of the $A_{\p}$-matrix as a convex linear combination of a graph's adjacency matrix and its diagonal matrix of vertex degrees. In this paper, we introduce a new variant of the $A_{\p}$-matrix, which is a linear combination of the Hermitian adjacency matrix of the second kind, $H^{\om}$, and ...
