Advanced Science, EarlyView.CDegSR, a new tool for imaging RNA at single molecule level in living cells was developed by researchers. Background noise was eliminated by protein engineering and making it degrade when not bound to its target. This allowed individual RNA molecules to be clearly imaged and tracked.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Potential‐controlled NH4+‐assisted reversible electrodeposition of molecular metal oxide clusters enables dynamic solution‐to‐solid electron storage. Leveraging this deposition/dissolution reaction chemistry, polyoxometalate‐based hybrid flow batteries are demonstrated as a new platform for deposition‐based electrochemical energy storage.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.An intelligent engineered probiotic platform is developed for the precision management of inflammatory bowel disease. By integrating surface‐displayed adhesins with an inflammation‐responsive CAT‐SOD‐GPx tripartite fusion system and mucosal repair factors, this programmable system achieves prolonged intestinal retention and multi‐pronged therapy.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.An oxygen‐controlled iridium‐oxide (IrOx) nano‐net structure is developed to enhance the sensitivity of metal‐electrolyte‐metal‐insulator‐silicon (MEMIS) biosensors. Integrated with a deep learning model, this platform achieves a high accuracy of 94.8% for detecting the breast cancer biomarker LOXL2.
