Sonochemical Synthesis of Cobalt‐Oxo‐Cubanes as Redox‐Active Platform for Proton‐Coupled Electron Transfer

A facile sonochemical method for rapid and gram‐scale synthesis of ligand‐tunable cobalt‐oxo‐cubanes is reported. Electrochemical studies reveal a Co4O4‐centered one‐electron oxidation and PCET pathway, while identifying Co2+ impurities as key disruptors of true cubane redox chemistry.

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Well‐Defined M6P(n)‐Modified Glycopeptides for Targeted Protein Degradation

A synthetic methodology has been developed to prepare multifunctional M6P and M6Pn ligands of different valency. The glycopeptides were conjugated to cetuximab and then examined to mediate cellular uptake of fluorescently labeled EGFRvIII. Only cetuximab modified by glycopeptides having 3 or 6 M6P or M6Pn residues demonstrated greater uptake.

The Role of Iron‐Hyponitrite Intermediates in Biology and Insights From Synthetic Model Complexes

Despite the difference in active site architecture, NO reduction by different NOR enzymes is expected to be linked by a common intermediate: hyponitrite (N2O22−). However, experimentally, very little is known about the coordination chemistry of iron with hyponitrite and the expected Fe‐hyponitrite intermediates.

Covalent Insertion of a Mn(Salen) Type Complex in Cross‐Linked Protein Crystals: Design of an Enantioselective Artificial Epoxidase

An Artificial metalloenzyme was designed by a Michael addition between a MnSalen complex and a cysteine residue within NikA crystals. The heterogeneous catalyst was found capable of an enantioselective and stereospecific epoxidation of cis‐β‐methylstyrene in cristallo.

Coefficient bounds for p-valent functions

Sharp bounds for \(|a_{p+2}-\mu a^2_{p+1}|\) and \(|a_{p+3}|\) and \(|a_{p+3}|\) are derived for certain \(p\)-valent analytic functions. These are applied to obtain Fekete-Szegő like inequalities for several classes of functions defined by convolution.
