An Updated Checklist and Narrative Review of Helminth Parasites of Terrestrial and Semiaquatic Carnivorous Mammals in Uzbekistan [PDF]
Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 5, September 2026.This updated checklist synthesizes 120 publications from 1926 to 2024 and documents 74 helminth species in 15 terrestrial and semiaquatic carnivorous mammals of Uzbekistan. The fauna comprises 36 nematodes, 24 cestodes, 9 trematodes and 5 acanthocephalans. Thirty‐seven species have zoonotic relevance.
