Abstract P100: Heritability of Atrial Fibrillation
Circulation, 2017Background: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common and heritable arrhythmia associated with substantial morbidity. Previous reports have implicated over 30 genes and 16 loci in the pathogenesis of AF, but the genetic architecture of the arrhythmia has not been systematically characterized ...

P100 Chilaidit’s syndrome: a case report
Posters, 2017Introduction Chilaiditi syndrome is very seldom met in medical casuistry, having a frequency not more than 0.28% and it is described especially referring to people over 60 years old, mainly on males. Radiological diagnosis is represented by a loop of bowel interposition, frequently transverse colon in interhepato-diaphragmatic space.

Characteristics of the P100 wave in Behçet's disease
Neuro-Ophthalmology, 1997We investigated the possible subclinical involvement of the optic nerve and higher visual pathways in Behcet's disease by assessing the P100 wave in pattern-reversal visual evoked potential (PVEP) recordings. Alterations of amplitude and latency of the P100 wave were evaluated in 82 eyes of 48 patients who showed ocular signs with posterior segment ...

P100 Latency as a Function of Head Size
American Journal of EEG Technology, 1991ABSTRACT.Recent studies of factors affecting the P100 latency of the pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) have questioned the earlier assumption that gender has a statistically significant effect. Guthkelch et al. (1987) reported that head size is an important variable.

P100 amplitude variability of the pattern visual evoked potential
Electroencephalography and Clinical Neurophysiology/Evoked Potentials Section, 1986This study quantifies the amplitude variability of the pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) and compares this variability between the two eyes and between individual runs recorded in the typical clinical laboratory. Cooperative adults were studied in order to obtain measurements under optimal conditions.

Gender factor in longer P100 latency of elderly persons
Electroencephalography and Clinical Neurophysiology/Evoked Potentials Section, 1984Monocular pattern-shift visual evoked potentials (PSVEPs) were obtained in 26 neurologically and ophthalmologically normal elderly community volunteers (mean age 59.4, males 15, females 11), and compared with similarly obtained data in 26 sex-matched young subjects (mean age 28.1).

Single P100 Visual evoked potential analyses in man
International Journal of Neuroscience, 1994Standards evoked potential averaging leads to a loss of information inherent in the moment to moment variability of the amplitude and latency of single evoked potentials. In order to extract this information, attempts were made to develop procedures which would allow recording of single visual evoked potentials in at least a selected group of subjects.

The Effects of Face Inversion and Face Race on the P100 ERP
Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience, 2017AbstractResearch about the neural basis of face recognition has investigated the timing and anatomical substrates of different stages of face processing. Scalp-recorded ERP studies of face processing have focused on the N170, an ERP with a peak latency of ∼170 msec that has long been associated with the initial structural encoding of faces.
