This study demonstrates that polyC‐RNA‐binding protein 1 (PCBP1) in ventral hippocampal astrocytes modulates depressive‐like behaviors by regulating glutathione peroxidase 4‐mediated ferroptosis and synaptic glutamatergic transmission. PCBP1 overexpression intervention in the chronic unpredictable mild stress model rescues behavioral deficits ...

The Use of Rotational Invariants for the Interpretation of Marine CSEM Data with a Case Study from the North Alex Mud Volcano, West Nile Delta [PDF]
Submarine mud volcanos at the seafloor are surface expressions of fluid flow systems within the seafloor. Since the electrical resistivity of the seafloor is mainly determined by the amount and characteristics of fluids contained within the sediment's ...

OPTRACE: Optical Imaging–Guided Transplantation and Tracking of Cells in the Mouse Brain
OPTRACE establishes an optical, two‐step platform for intracerebral cell therapy. Transparent glass pipettes enable real‐time, image‐guided delivery, while multiplex genetic labeling with two‐photon and bioluminescence readouts supports longitudinal single‐cell tracking and host–graft dynamics.

Case Reprot of Giant Cell Tumor on Femur Recurring 16 Years after Cement Packing Method.
We report a giant cell tumor of the femur recurring 16 years after the cement packing method. A 59-year-old man was treated surgically with curettage, bone grafting and cement packing method for a giant cell tumor on one of his femurs in 1985. Part of plain radiograph indicated radiolucent area on the subchondral bone at an early stage, but the size of

A general fabricating strategy for arbitrary 3D organic mixed ionic‐electronic conductor architectures is reported using PEDOT:PSS microfiber building blocks. A water‐assisted self‐fusion process is successfully developed in which adhesion can be modulated as reversible (PSS‐rich) or irreversible (PEDOT‐rich) self‐fusion depending on the post‐treatment

Degradasi Lapisan Aluminida Pada Paduan Intermetalik 2-Ti3Al / -TiAl Akibat Oksidasi Siklik [PDF]
Two-phase inter-metallic alloy 2-Ti3Al/-TiAl is developed to operated at high temperature in oxidative environment. However its oxidation rate can not be tolerated due to formation of TiO2 which is not protective. If the alloy is used in gas turbine that

Macrophage‐derived TRIM21 drives the progression of AP via ubiquitin‐proteasome‐mediated degradation of PHB2, leading to impaired PHB2‐mediated mitophagy. Therefore, accumulation of cytosolic mtDNA hyperactivates the cGAS‐STING signaling axis, thereby amplifying inflammatory cascades.

Cortical Somatostatin Neurons Regulate Seizure Susceptibility via MINAR1/Gαs–cAMP Signaling
Our study identifies MINAR1 as a novel regulator of cortical interneuron excitability and seizure susceptibility. MINAR1 is preferentially expressed in SST+ interneurons. Genetic ablation of MINAR1 leads to seizure hypersensitivity, reduced SST+ neuron excitability, and impaired Gαs–cAMP signaling, disrupting the E/I balance.
