Alignment, Rising, Sticking, and Phototaxis: Modulating the Behavior of Hematite Micropeanuts

Although a rich variety of behaviors, such as rising and phototaxis, are observed with light‐activated semiconductor microparticles, the experimental conditions under which such behaviors occur have not been elucidated. In this study, pH, fuel concentration, and light intensity are varied, revealing diverse behaviors of hematite microparticles.

Geometrical Anatomy for Oxygen Vacancies in Epitaxial Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 Films Grown via Atomic Layer Deposition

Selective formation of oxygen vacancies in the (111)‐oriented Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 film suggests that the latent phenomena associated with oxygen vacancies in functional Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 films are partly attributed to the directional strain in the (111) orientation.

Amorphous Doped Indium Tin Oxide Thin‐Films by Atomic Layer Deposition.Insights into Their Structural, Electronic and Device Reliability

Controlled doping of magnesium oxide into indium/tin oxide binary thin‐films allows to manage their thin‐film transistor (TFT) parameters. Variation of mobility (µsat), threshold‐voltage (Vth), and on/off ratio (IOn/IOff) allows insight into the variation of the electron conduction mechanism in these semiconductor films.
