Paenibacillus oenotherae sp. nov. and Paenibacillus hemerocallicola sp. nov., isolated from the roots of herbaceous plants

Paenibacillus yunnanensis sp. nov., isolated from Pu’er tea

A novel Gram-staining-positive, aerobic, endospore-forming, rod-shaped bacterial strain, YN2T, was isolated from ripened Pu'er tea. Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that the strain represented a novel species of the genus Paenibacillus.
