Immunohistochemical study of mammary and extra‐mammary Paget's disease [PDF]
Histopathology, 1984 Paraffin sections of 13 cases of Paget's disease (six mammary and seven extramammary) were investigated with mono‐ and polyclonal anti‐carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and with monoclonal anti‐human milk fat globule membrane antigen (HMFG). One of these cases was also analysed in cryostat sections with monoclonal anti‐cytokeratin and anti‐keratin.

British Journal of Dermatology, 1984Replication of Paget cells in mammary and extramammary Paget's disease was evaluated by autoradiography after incorporation of tritiated thymidine. Neoplastic cells proliferated in the deepest layers of the epidermis suggesting a topographical control of their multiplication similar to that of the normal epidermis.

Mammary Paget Disease in Darier Disease
The American Journal of Dermatopathology, 2012This case describes new onset mammary Paget disease arising in the background of Darier disease. Clinically and histologically, lesions of Darier disease can mask the lesions of mammary Paget disease. A high index of suspicion is necessary to diagnose Paget disease in a patient with Darier disease, for a potentially fatal disease could easily be missed.
