An early case of perianal Paget's disease is described in a 59 year old female. Literam search revealed 57 documented cases up to 1987. Diagnosis is suspected on clinical features and needs to be always conf'd by biopsy with routine stains, and, in doubtful cases, also by electron microscopy and immunohistology.

Diseases of the Colon & Rectum, 1987
Over the past 11 years (1974 to 1985) ten patients with perianal Paget's disease were treated. The average age was 64 years and half were male. Two patients were diagnosed as an incidental finding after hemorrhoidectomy and the remainder presented with a symptomatic perianal rash (itching and moisture) that averaged two years in duration.

Paget's disease, mammary and extramammary, has been the subject of controversy for more than 4 score years. The meticulous study of Bennett1has demonstrated that Paget's disease of the nipple is always associated with an adenocarcinoma in the underlying breast. No such comprehensive investigation has been done on extramammary Paget's disease.

A type of Paget's disease is described in long bones that is manifested by a large localized zone of bone destruction. This lesion of the long bones corresponds to the well known osteoporosis circumscripta of the skull. One similar case is described in the pelvis. The title ‘osteoporosis’ is best avoided because nowadays the term should be reserved for

ABSTRACTA case of axillary Paget's disease in a female was presented. Histopathological study revealed various types of apocrine poral duct tumors showing benignancy, premalignancy or malignancy, and Paget's cells in the epidermis as well as in the latter lesions. Relationship between Paget's cell and the malignant cell was discussed.

Abstract A case of extramammary Paget's disease of the perianal skin with widespread metastases in a fifty-nine year old white man is presented. This represents approximately the twentyninth recorded example of this disease, and only the second in which widespread metastatic disease has been unequivocally demonstrated.
