Mitochondrial Phylogenomics and Genome Evolution in Anura: Insights From Structure and Gene Order Rearrangements

By analyzing 277 anuran mitochondrial genomes, this study reconstructs a robust phylogeny for frogs and toads, tracing their origins to the Triassic and major radiations to the Cretaceous‐Neogene.
