JAPAN TAPPI JOURNAL, 2004丸石製作所は1991年よりドイツのREKER社と技術提携をしていて平判スキッド自動包装機（Pallet Shrink―Packing Machine），スキッド紙粉除去装置（Pallet Dust Remover）等の製品を製造・販売している。今回はその中でパレット―ロボット装置を紹介する。パレット―ロボットとは全自動のフォーク式スキッド搬送システムである。その特徴としては完全無人運転が可能なことは勿論のこと，取出し搬送中もスキッドの上部を押えているので荷崩れの発生がなく安定した品質を保てる。また回転トラバース機構により90°或いは180°のターンも可能なので複数配列のスキッドをどの位置からも取出す事が出来る ...
