Treatability of oil palm frond and rubber wood chips with urea for the development of slow release fertiliser [PDF]
Treatability of a material is fundamental in determining how much chemicals or fillers are retained in the material before it can be used for slow release fertiliser. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of urea retention in oil palm frond

Musculoskeletal humanoids exhibit rich biomechanical properties that remain insufficiently unified in prior discussions. This article systematically categorizes muscle characteristics into five properties: redundancy, independency, anisotropy, variable moment arm, and nonlinear elasticity, and analyzes their combined effects on control.

Calibration‐Free Electromyography Motor Intent Decoding Using Large‐Scale Supervised Pretraining
Calibration‐free electromyography motor intent decoding is enabled through large‐scale supervised pretraining across heterogeneous datasets. A Spatially Aware Feature‐learning Transformer processes variable channel counts and electrode geometries, allowing transfer across users and recording setups. On a held‐out benchmark, fine‐tuned cross‐user models

Vision‐Based Handover and Organization of Robotic Scrub Nurse for Seamless Surgical Flow
This study presents a pose estimation‐based robotic scrub nurse (PERSN) that assists surgical procedures by estimating the surgeon's hand position, orientation, and grasping state, along with the constraint‐based 6D pose of surgical instruments. User evaluations show that PERSN provides greater immediate usability and reduces physical demand compared ...
