Lactobacillus acidophilus UCLM‐104 and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei UCLM‐41 are promising probiotic strains due to their antioxidant, cholesterol removal, phenolic content, ACE‐inhibition, α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity, and anti‐inflammatory potential.
