Aneurysms of the pancreaticoduodenal artery

The American Journal of Surgery, 1968
Abstract Aneurysms of the smaller intra-abdominal blood vessels are hard to diagnose, difficult to treat, and associated with a high mortality. Two additional cases of pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms with gastrointestinal bleeding are presented. Selective aortography is probably the only way to make a specific diagnosis preoperatively.
