Clinical pharmacokinetics of pancuronium bromide
European Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, 1976Plasma concentrations of pancuronium bromide have been studied in seven surgical patients following a 6 mg intravenous bolus injection of the drug for neuromuscular blockade. This report, others, and the package insert indicate insignificant cardiovascular effects with the use of pancuronium.
